I read this book with the hope of learning a little more about the emerging church because of how frequently that topic as come up in reviews of "The Shack". Wohlberg did a commendable job of explaining the theological dangers of the emerging church movement. It was also interesting to learn that many of its roots are not new but can be traced back to early mystics in the Catholic church. I was disturbed to discover that I have read several book containing emerging church theology by contemporary authors, which caused me to purge some books from my library.
I appreciate the simple and direct style of the author. I feel enlightened by this book, he gave examples that made sense and he didn't beat around the bush. Thanks

This is an easy read but packed with many thought invoking ideas which one can medicate only for a lifetime.
This book should be read by all who believe in the Lord and are truly looking for His return.
I enjoyed this book because of the basic foundations of truth. There are so many seeking different ways of finding inner peace when it comes from knowing who you are in Christ and finishing the work He started in us until the race is finished! Very refreshing.
Great reminder, on Wikipedia if you type in "emerging church" you will find Seventh-Day Adventists listed there. This is sad news, the devil knows what he is doing for he is in the walls of the church. The great sifting is taking place and we must cling to the Word and the promises found in It. Glory to Jesus Christ Who has overcome.
